Returns & Exchanges

We want your shopping experience to be a pleasurable one.

RETURNS - If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your merchandise. All merchandise must be unused, resalable, and all items in its original packaging. Please contact returns@twinsiesrock.com before you return your item for an RMA number, approval, and return information. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, and waterproof packaging. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Twinsies Rock.  

The returned product(s) must unused, unworn, and original condition including tags & packaging. As soon as we have received and inspected the item, we will refund you the credit for your order minus shipping and handling.

Important: Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on swimwear. 

EXCHANGES - We will happily exchange any unused merchandise within 14 days of your purchase. All merchandise must be in unused, resalable condition and in its original packaging. Please contact returns@twinsiesrock.com with your order number for your exchange. Upon receiving your item in the mail, we will issue the store credit for merchandise only. Please kindly let us know what item you would like in exchange. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable. All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
